Parts interchange for Workhorse

I have had the same thing happen so it must be a pretty common occurrence. Mine looked like the intake to an AC filter and it was enough to restrict some air flow through the radiator. This debris could not be removed by spraying water from the front or rear through the radiator. It could only be removed by removing the cooling fans and taking the AC condenser loose to allow access to the front of the radiator to remove the fine debris.

Your right. There is no way but again how does one know this is their problem. Couldn't see it till we removed the MH from around it. LOL No the pressure washer did not remove all of it by spraying thru the frt. and back. There appears to be no easy way to solve this.

This not an uncommon occurrence. Radiators are like large filters and collect everything that is in the air. The rate of accumulation is faster in rear engine coaches if there is any oil fumes/drips that get sucked into the radiator as well. In the agricultural industry it is not uncommon to have to clean radiators out daily if not more than once a day.

Many radiators can be rebuilt if you know a shop that does that.. Takes a couple hours max but the shop may need a couple days to get the old round tuit.

May be however the workhorse has a forward facing inlet for the water inlet and cap which is on a short hose.

Well they don't have a listing for a Radiator for the Work Horse. Maybe someone else has had this problem and have the NAPA part number.
