i personally find the covered storage invaluable - i can come and go as i please (security gated property) and i can work on the coach as long as i want (in private) -
i don't have to worry about anyone bumping into our coach and damaging it.
I also like that I'm NOT sharing a 15a connection w/ anyone (to keep our batteries charged etc)....i don't have to worry about anyone tripping the breaker but ME.
No need to clean up if I'm not finished working on the coach - i just pull the door down & lock it, come back when my schedule permits.
AND the coach is outta the sun & not in a dusty (gravel) parking lot !
