When you find that lot with a nice barn that would fit your RV, jump on it.
Think about property taxes, electric, water, sewer, upkeep, security, termite control, bug control..... those costs add up.   How far out in the country will you go?
In California, you are not going to find anything less that $500K-$750K for a lot and then you will want the right structure to park the RV.
I wish it was that easy to just go find acreage and park your RV.
