Pay for garage storage

I pay $255 plus tax for covered parking that is 12.5 x 45(not inclosed, like a car port). It has un-metered electric and is in a gated lot. There is a dump station and an area to wash your RV. Tons of cameras everywhere and they do onsite pest control. This is in west central Florida just south of Tampa. Most open storage lots around here charge $75-$100 a month just to park outside with no cover or electric. I hate paying that much a month but I can't store at my house. At least it is safe and my 4 year old trailer looks brand new since it is out of the elements 99% of the time.
