I wanna see someone buy a lot, pour concrete pad & driveway, build a FULLY enclosed 20x50 garage (14' rollup door), add 30 or 50 amp utility, PLUS some 15 amp miscellaneous outlets, lighting, a septic system, water & pay the annual taxes for less than 300 or 400 a month.
Oh - and it needs to be close to your bricks & sticks home (w/in a 3-5 miles) or you'll likely use the rv less.
I don't like paying it or RENTING a garage either -
I don't know what kinda Coach some of you guys have, but protecting a 150k investment is worth it to me (and plenty others) - hell theres a WAITING list at the lot I'm in.....so clearly I'm not the only one willing to preserve my investment !
I started out going with a $5,800 car port & ended up building this. All the items plus you mention. The RV garage even has AC & heat too. It would definitely run more than $400/mth, but well worth the investment. The top left is a 865 sqft fully furnished condo the mother inlaw lives in.
