It would seem that if Tiffin lives up to its reputation of standing behind their product, they should have those decals available.
Whether or not they provide them at no charge is maybe a dream.
Regarding removing the old decals, like what was mentioned, it can
be done, but there is no "easy" way to do it. Probably a gentle heat gun to soften the adhesive and a plastic putty knife. I have heard that Goo-Gone removes the residual adhesive. I have used Crud Cutter as well. Both are available at Home Depot.
