We had that same beeping sound too in the rain in our Monaco Dynasty. It was the beeping from 'the step out' alarm (a light did illuminate on the dash).
Like the OP, we would sometimes get that faint buzzer sound in the dash. I found that it was the seatbelt warning. Since I wear my seatbelt 100% of the time, it would only make that faint buzzing noise when I would start the Dynasty before fastening the belt, but it was faint and would not happen not all the time.
I don't know if there was a sensor in the seat or what. Because, sometimes I would start the coach while I was standing to check on something or let it build air before pulling the slides in.
