Go to Forum Posting Help and Suppot in upper right of each page. Click on it. Second item down will give you direction to post pictures.
You can click on this message to get you there also.

Pretty simple,just Follow this link it will walk you thru it.

Being new it may not work right off,there is a filter that was put in to stop spammers but after a few posts it seem to work just fine.
