I third the cog railway. Very interesting and beautiful trip. You went 20 years ago up one side so do the other this time. I went 5 years ago and when I got to the top I was very altitude drunk. I would hate to have to drive back down in that state. 20 years is a long time and you may not have the lungs you had back then. I do think your rig would do fine and you know your health better than I do ,but your wifes condition is worrysome. I notice you live in a place of low elevation so a couple of days to aclimate in Colorado Springs might be adviseable. Have a great trip and God Bless.
