Educate yourself about used RV's that have been parked unused for long periods of time if considering a rig that you find by inquiring in some neighborhood.
Also, the condition of a 3 year old rig vs a ten+ year old rig and need for repairs can be considerable. Tires older than 5 years by date codes on tires, may need replacing due to sidewall cracking. Ten year old appliances, awnings, batteries and converter/chargers may need replacement, etc. If a rig has been stored indoors it may be in better condition than one left in weather.
