There is a fuse off the positive battery terminal that feeds the transmission. Mine was corroded and not making the circuit. It was a little hard to find as it was a foot or two from the battery. Look at the positive battery terminal for the chassis battery. There should be a small wire connected along with the large starter wire. Follow that smaller wire until you find a fuse. Also check any and all connections along that wire. It should carry 12 volts positive regardless of the key position.
