I don't know how your steering box is mounted but...Something free and easy to check. Start motor have someone move steering wheel a little bit back and forth. Checking to make sure to your steering box bolts are tight. If steering box wiggles, find out proper torque and maybe a little medium strength lock-tite to keep in place.
Front end work is not cheap and finding a good place takes time. I put in about $1,000 into mine but it no longer makes right hand turns by itself. Over 100,000 miles when mine was done, now it gets even wear on tires and it drives straight. And I put in grease able zerts.
