Guys, I decided to take the coach out for a quick spin without the toad. It definitely has play in the wheel. It just wasn't as noticeable until I hitched the Liberty behind it. There is a local reputable shop that has a very sharp guy that knows these things (E350/450) inside and out. I talked to him, and he was saying something about tie rod ends in these years were notorious for going bad prematurely. So, I have an appointment to take it there and have him check it out this Friday. They cannot do full alignments, but can set the toe. I will see what he says and go from there.
As far as the hitch slop, I ordered one of those Hitch-Vise's a previous poster recommended. It looks like it will work sweet, but I believe the majority of the problem is with the play in the wheel. Thanks again for all the informative replies.
Rockhillmanor, fortunately all the steering box bolts are there! In my case, you can have the MH sitting on my driveway, move the steering wheel back and forth about 1/2" and the tires/wheels do not move. Seems there is something going on in the steering.
