Harvard, no apology necessary. Actually, Lonnie is going to look everything over to make sure the alignment shop in the big city (Reno) doesn't try and bone me for things it doesn't need. We love living in a town of 9000. Word gets around fast who to stay away from and who to give your business to. We moved here from the Sacramento area 10 years ago and know exactly what you are referring to with shady automotive business tactics.
