Just in case you go ahead with installing Ingalls 594s here are a couple of pictures that will help with the settings.
This is the Drivers Side M over G for adding +2.0 Degrees Caster and setting 0.0 Degrees Camber. Front wheels cranked hard left.
This is the Passenger Side M over S for adding +2.0 Degrees Caster and setting 0.0 Degrees Camber. Front wheels cranked hard right.
