Both axles I've worked on, the 2002 original and the 2012 replacement, came with offset bushings that I presume, like Harvard, went for 3.5 RH Caster.
Harvard had an advantage over others like me - His coach HAD Ingalls adjustable bushings in place. He downloaded the chart of settings that comes with new bushings. From that, he could deduce what change was needed to add 2-deg caster to what the marks on the bushings were already providing. In my case, the OEM fixed bushings are not marked with their offsets. I have to somehow back into what they provide, set the adjustable ones to match that, then get into the chart to see what I can do to add that caster.
Fixed bushings have a projecting "key" that lines up with the pinch bolt slot. The reason they can't work out of place is that the key is notched for the pinch bolt to pass through. This keeps the bushing in place vertically as well as the key keeps it in place rotationally. Adjustable bushings are bushing-within-a-bushing, so they can't have a key and could come out. That also means I have to establish an index mark to work adjustments from.
