Does sound nice. I expect you are aware of potential repair cost for a DP which can be higher than for gasser. Radiator and water pump could be up for replacement if replaced already.12-13 year old vehicles will have the normal stuff. House wise the frig is the only thing I can think of that is due replacing. 2000 hours should not hurt a diesel generator but does show a lot of useage.
We looked at one MH and the carpet near the door was so worned meaning it was lived in when parked.
Non negotiable sounds strange coming from a MH dealer. :)
