If you have to replace 4 house and 2 engine you are talking about another $1,000 or so. Has the coach ever been in an accident? Are there any leaks? What condition are the awning in? Do the slides work correctly and when were they serviced. Is the underside of the coach dry? When did the owner service the radiator and coolant change plus the hoses, belts and thermostat? That is a start. Don't rush into this there are many, many RVs out there. Good luck.
