It is good you learned it was a leaker. As you just noted there are a lot of options out there besides that MH. Just did not want to go too negative in the first post because if you were like me it is easy to get emotionally attached to the wrong MH. :)
A DP may suck up $10K fast even with a good roof and new tires.
I will never buy another one that shows any sign of current OR pass leaking. Buy a dry one and order you a few rolls of Eternabond and use it on all four outside seams and all roof openings EXCEPT for any roof AC units.
