Stay with your research on the MH. You are talking the correct approach is sounds to me. After marriage you have to live with it and/or in can cost you through the nose/billfold. :)

Not sure if others will agree but I think any 1999 MH that had been well cared for and kept inside would not have two places in need of professional repair.
