Please Help - 1999 Tiffin - Asking for Advise ASAP

Those are all fine ideas, the roof, the roadside assistance etc. Going to print the comments and take with me ;-)

I found a 1999 American Dream 40' with 55K miles in Florida, what a beautiful looking coach that is. Quite a bit more unless I could negotiate it down. I know nothing about that brand.
