Please Help - 1999 Tiffin - Asking for Advise ASAP

I found a 1999 Tiffin Allegro model 39 Bus for sale within a couple hours drive. Have never owned an RV but have been looking all summer. Heading there Saturday and hope to purchase it if it is as rep...

if that is a rubber roof it is 14 years old and near the end of it's life.
