Please Help - 1999 Tiffin - Asking for Advise ASAP

Thanks a million Ron, my sentiments now as well, something is awry. The coach sat inside only a couple of years, the rest of it's life was outside per the owner. The salesman told me it was stored inside. I questioned him about it when I saw the pictures of the roof and he made up excuses.
