I scratched this off my list after the last visit when the young salesman raised his voice to me over the phone "this is what I need you to do" he said, in regard to bringing payment to him. I was so mad that I sent an email thanks but no thanks.
Yesterday I am working away in my office and the store manager calls me and wants to know if I am still interested. This is a multi store, privately owned company. Manager claims that he spoke with the VP and obtained permission to go completely through the coach and fix everything from top to bottom, clean it, and sell at a loss to move it out of inventory. Selling at a loss, not sure about that, however, this works for me. I explained why I walked the last time, seems the store coaches sales people in some phrases to assist them with selling. My response to him? You need to watch who you use those stale sales techniques on, they might work on some younger folks, but us old salts will take a burn to them. Saturday it's back up there to test drive.
