In my case the track goes all the way to the back end of the pocket so there is no space at the end of the track (this is important). He measured the distance from the floor to the bottom of the track and made a 1" x 1/4" piece of wood that went all the way from the floor to push up against the track for vertical support and glued it in place using panel cement. Now, the vertical support is the weight baring structure and not the screws through the track into the ceiling.
