Because the manufacturer has no idea how you plan on loading the coach. It will be close from the factory but until you load it lightly for short trips or fully loaded for full time use or long trips and have the alignment re-checked, you don't know.
Getting an RV front end alignment without having the coach loaded to the way that you usually travel is a waste of time and money.
If it seems too expensive for you, don't do it. Tires are pretty cheap.
