Why should you need to lube and align front wheels on a new monaco?

Hmmm, my Winnebago had 9100 miles on it when I bought it and the front tires were badly worn. I put new tires on the front and had it aligned and now at 21,000 the front tires still look like new. I don't think the MH factory realigns them when they build the coach body on them.
