If the damage was from a tree falling on it the insurance co. would probably co ver it. This is just a common problem on Class C MHs. Most of the will leak there and cause rot in the wood unless they are kept perfectly sealed at all seams on the roof. I have had 2 Cs and 2 As. I will never again have a C that does not have a onepiece roof on the cabover.
