Thanks for that. Guess I need a second opinion on what a repair will cost. I did go pull up the mattress in the overhead area. Can't see anything wrong there so any damage is from the underside of the outside. What a learning process. No tree fell on it, just I didn't know to pay a place to check everything over before we bought. Or the small opening happened since we own. So you think insurance wouldn't cover repair. OK. Let's see what happens next.
