Here is a link to the 1999 Roadtrek 200.

Read through and you will see what it is supposed to have and how it all works. This is what you would have received if you bought this new in 1999. The 200 was made until 2003. In 2004 the 210 was introduces and the 200 was dropped from the line.
With Roadtreks some parts that were and are used can only be obtained from the factory so you may want to contact them to find out what they still may stock for a 99 200 - if you find that there is anything needed.
You should also be able to locate on the Roadtrek site, a dealer with a service center that may be near you (or close enough) who is able to do a complete inspection of the RV that knows Roadtreks - of call RT customer service to find one.
There are also archived brochures on the Roadtrek website with specs.
