- esyersExplorerI had the same problem. I ended up finding a replacement control panel in a dealer's "junk box". He let me try before buying and it worked fine. Finding a replacement isn't easy. I'd suggest trying anyone to repairs/installs leveling systems and see what they may have removed and saved. Mine was not a perfect match, but it did solve that problem.
Good luck. - jerseyjimExplorerIn my coach, the jack pump is on the 12V starter battery...but the controller in on the 2 6V coach batteries. One time,I almost started taking things apart. Then....I realized the coach batteries were "off". Magic.
Hope this helps. - GPWayneExplorerOne more thing to try. Remove the control panel. remove the plugs and replace them. This will reset some faults and is easy.
- artillery6ExplorerI have used the jacks since the surge power episode with no problems. The problem was fixed with a lighting control module that was paid for by the electric company.
- 2chiefsRusExplorercould this be a left over problem from the electrical problems you posted about back in July? Have you used the jacks since then? Whatever happened with that problem?

NO POWER TO CONTROL PIN #5 OF THE 6 PIN CONNECTOR ON THE CONTROL MUST HAVE +12 VDC
WITH IGNITION IN RUN POSITION, CHECK COACH FUSE OR BREAKER

PIN #1 OF THE 8 PIN CONNECTOR IS THE MAIN GROUND. TEST FOR CONTINUITY WITH
GROUND.

CHECK CONTINUITY BETWEEN PIN #1 OF THE 6 PIN CONNECTOR AND GROUND.
IF THERE IS NO CONTINUITY, THE SWITCH IS BAD, THE PARKING BRAKE IS NOT SET, OR
THE WIRES TO THE SWITCH ARE BAD.
FAULTY CONTROL IF ALL PREVIOUS CAUSES AND ACTIONS DO NOT APPLY REPLACE CONTROL - harold1946ExplorerI would first check for a blown fuse or tripped breaker. Then loose connections including the ground.
There is also a troubleshooting section in the owners manual.
