I am finding this process of looking for our RV rather fun and interesting. As always...thank you for your feedback! Which coach would you buy and why? I realize one is a 40' and the other a 45er...

Boy, you've come across some great coaches. I think in each case the choice would come down to just personal preference after viewing each one in person. Sometimes it just "feels right".
Just to throw a spanner in here (not trying to hijack the thread) , have you ever considered a Super C?

If I had the funds, I'd like one, but mostly my reasons are just that I think they look cool:B and engine maintenance would be a lot easier. The house part would be the same.
Edit: This one is a "bit" higher than what you said you wanted to spend, but this summer there was a real nice one (2009) in my area for around $150K.
