Pre-Purchase Check List (Roadtrek Specific?) & Gobbly-Gook

Maybe tiredness is scrambling my brain, but surely there is a pre-purchase checklist on here somewhere (and I'm asking in the B forum because I'm hoping someone has a Roadtrek specific list they could...

175.0 hours is actually a worse figure than 1750. That means at the most, the generator has been run one hour a month on average. I'd probably say the carb is toast and needs rebuilt/replaced.
