Pre-Purchase Check List (Roadtrek Specific?) & Gobbly-Gook

Maybe tiredness is scrambling my brain, but surely there is a pre-purchase checklist on here somewhere (and I'm asking in the B forum because I'm hoping someone has a Roadtrek specific list they could...

I am in a similar position, and don't think consignments are too bad -- I've had bad luck with CL, so just to not worry about the hassle, if I can't trade my TT in, I'm going to just drag it to PPL Motorhomes, and let them deal with the rest.
