Prefab Storage Buildings

OK, making progress. Had a contractor out today to look everything over and he makes it sound pretty simple.
50' long X 20' wide Stick and Stucco
16' high inside clearance.
Flat roof with 4 skylights and one whirly vent thingy.
14' X 14' basic garage door with opener
Open beams inside, no insulation
100 amp service with 30 A rv outlet.
Interior lighting.
3 120 V outlets on each wall
Seperate air compressor circuit
Water
Sewer drain to septic.
6" concrete slab
45' gravel driveway.
The site is almost perfectly level and the only grading necessary will be cutting down about 3' near the street.
I'm also getting info on steel and masonry construction but the S@S looks simple on the surface.
Are there any other considerations I should be looking at??
