The Sprinter version of the Phoenix Cruiser model 2350 and model 2400 are going to cost notably more than $70,000. You can reduce the price if you delete the slideout, full body paint, leather seating, surround sound, and other nice features.
I advise to call Earl there at 877-754-8535 if you want to know exactly how low you can go. Their on-line pricing tool says you can get one for around $83,000 (MSRP around $110,000) of which I think you could have some extra features included.
For reference, the E350 version is 92k MSRP, 71k on-line price.
