We have the exact floorplan as your BT (below, but we both havs a dinette instead of 2 sofas)
and in fact, we ordered our TL 213 sight unseen after sitting in your Gulfstream 5210 model at our local CW. Our Baton Rouge dealer carried TLs, and I had been following the B+ Motorhomes thread which was saying good stuff on TLs.
We wanted it for everything you said about the floorplan, and it was $50k new. The floorplan is very functional and still widely used by most builders.
