I was in that same situation. I had a 2012 RS Adventerous Roadtrek. Couldn't get any help from RT about some serious problems. A. Couldn't cool it, no thermostat, Microwave on the floor, bed uncomfortable. (In all fairness RT J Hammill did get me a couple of air mattresses for the bed.)Waited 4 weeks for answer to thermostat problem, (Camping world put one in in 1 day). No help on the window heat. Final word was, that is just the way we built it. So I looked around for another unit I could live with. In my search for answer to the RT I found the Winnebago 24G View Profile. It was everything I dreamed of, a little pricy but hey I was into RT for $122,000. So I traded for 28,000 difference out the door. Not bad considering that I would have put $16,000 to trade for a Pop 210 RT 2013, which was a downgrade, and would still have the same manufacturing and management problems. The real difference is really on $10,000 to get rid of the Roadtrek vs keeping it and/or trading down. Don't know if this helps or not but it worked for me. Once you look at the View/Profile you'll see what I mean. It is worth every penny of the diffence just to be rid of the RT. Oh by the way I wound up with the RS Adv because the Pop 210 (2011) I had burned 6 a/c by Dometic, of the 6 months I owned it I only had it one month, when I got it back it leaked, so I traded up (or so I thought). Bottom line I even gave away my Roadtrek hats in the trade, don't want anything to do with them.
