Not having a slide probably does affect resale value - but this can work in your favor if buying used - which we did.
Ours is a BT Cruiser 5210 on the e350 chassis with the V10, which is a good combination if you want a better ride and better mpg in a B+.
I really like this floor plan - very open with lots of room to move around. We previously had a Winnebago View with the same floorplan with a slide. In the narrow Sprinter, the slide was needed. But with the wider Ford E350, a slide is needed on a 22' coach like ours.
The floorplan below is close to what we have, except we have a dinette and couch, instead of two couches.
