Well we certainly didn't even fit into your price range with our Fleetwood Expedition. But when we were looking at MH,s we also considered the Discovery. Still below your price range. What I wanted was the " slightly" bigger engine. But it was $30,000 more in cost.
What we would have got for that was window awnings, on demand hot water system, pull out generator, steering wheel audio controls, faux wood grain in dash, shiny porcelain floor tiles. My wife and I both hated the shiny tiles. We decided the extra cash wasn't worth the money. Now if it included a tag axle then it would be more attractive.
So comparing one manufacture to itself we didn't see enough of a change moving up one model to make it worth it. Now if going to a revolution then it might be a whole other story as cabinetry changes and many other things, tag axle , bigger engine, higher class accessories, dish washers, etc.
