With the 2015 models out, what is a reasonable percentage of the MSRP to expect to pay for a new 2014 model?

Discounts depend on manufacturer, part of the country, and how much the dealers are allowed to change the "MSRP." There is no general answer to the question.

I think I would call them a manufacturer rather than a "dealer." Always nice to have one built just as you want it. And you avoid having to pay a dealer in the mix.
