Upon further inspection I found the Secondary Air Gauge had been glued and a hose clamp applied to the plastic portion and it also was leaking slowly in the same area.... so I gave up on my idea of gluing it since it didn't work on the secondary gauge.
I just sucked it up and bought two new gauges at my local Freightliner. Surprised they didn't charge retail price and got them for cheaper than other parts places online. They also have a 1yr warranty on them so hopefully if I am going to have another problem with them it will happen sooner and not later.
