I think the Attorney General has info on auto deals (consumer fraud). Good Luck digging thru the link, and Then Good Luck getting any service even if anything is wrong.
IMO dealers have all the bases covered, especially after the sale.

(We paid of a car loan off from a credit union and they never sent the title with "release of interest of lien holder". Over a year later and after a couple meetings with the credit union we were able to apply thru state for "lost" title. Attorney generals office was no help).
