Explain what you mean by "sent the rig in for predelivery". I have never heard that phrase used before. The predelivery is JUST WHAT IT STATES, This is done before you sign the contract and pay for the RV. WHO is doing the Service work?????. The dealer does NOT have a service dept? He is using a 2nd party to service the RV? Once the RV is funded by whoever and the title(registration) is started, you OWN that vehicle.
