I bought my MH in March. I could not get them to do anything as far as work on the coach to get some things fixed until after I paid for it. Then and only then would they take it to the other lot where they do the pre-delivery work. They were pretty good about fixing what I had identified and forced them to put in the contract. If I didn't notice a discrepancy and have it put on the sales contract, they would not fix it. I heard plenty of people say that they would walk away but I got what I consider a great deal and they did 7K of work on it to get it ready. It took me three weeks and two PDIs to get mine. It was worth it. Maybe I wasn't insistent enough which you probably wouldn't agree with if you knew me but that's the way it was. I think you should stop worrying about it and enjoy it when you get it hopefully in perfect shape.
