I would be IN that dealership EACH and EVERY single day. First go to the manager in the sales department than on to the Service Manager.
If you do nothing, nothing will happen. And your RV will continue to take a back seat to those customers bringing in their units for service which is where they make their money.
Warranty work is reimbursed to the dealership for 'some' things but if they didn't prep the unit correctly they are biting the bullet on those charges sooooo yes they will continue to push yours back behind the paying customers.
I'll bet you it will take you no longer than 2 days of camping out on the mangers desk every morning to get your RV fixed and out the door.
