problem with dealer noit getting work done--byers remorse

IMHO, bullying tactics rarely work. All that does is get someone POed at you. You aren't going to get out of the deal..it's funded and done. That said, I'd simply talk to the sales manager, explain the situation and see if he will introduce you to the service manager and the three of you sit down and work out a satisfactory solution. Based on your post, you have no leverage, so be pleasant yet firm...you catch more flies with honey than you will with vinegar....Dennis
