I'm on a different line of thinking here. Obviously the OP hasn't taken delivery of the unit. In many states until you take final delivery the deal can be canx.

What it boils down to is you paid for an item but have not yet taken possession of the item.

Deals are NOT complete until you drive it off their property.

Invest a couple of hundred dollars and get a legal opinion from an attorney about the laws in your state.
