The coach wiring from the converter is original as wired at the factory (solid copper 10 or larger) The converter is a PD9155. All the wiring circuits to the control center have been verified. On the road, the only way I can keep the coach batteries charged (shore hookup for several days) is with a automotive smart charger hooked directly to the terminal posts. While driving, the chassis alternator maintains the coach and chassis batteries. The coach generator also will charge both sets of batteries when I run it. Bottom line, I think the converter is not regulating power to the coach batteries, even with the wizard mode device monitoring the charge level. I could troubled shoot the converter if I knew voltage levels at the internal test points but I have already spent too much time messing with it. I ordered a different brand for less than $130.00. Hopefully this will solve the problem. In the meantime, I have a PD9155 unit I will contribute to anyone in the Austin area that wants to stop by and pick it up.
