It's possible that the charge wizard pluggin was bad I guess if you used the same one on both PD1955s. I have a 1998 bounder and found out that I do not have the charge wizard so... I will be purchasing one. Without that, it is not a 3 stage charger. Nice little upgrade strategy there.
